I thought I created a forum item but  do not see it. How do members create items, do the items have to be approved befoe they appear (time element), or is the blog the best way to get information and annoucements out to the Health Care Forum?

Posting items to a Forums group

You must first have joined the group in order to post an item to the group. Then select Discussion in the menu on the right side and click on the Create button. Write your text and click on the Save button at the bottom. Items do not need to be approved and appear immediately in the Forums group(s) that you selected. The items that you create are owned by you and can be edited or deleted by you with the Edit button on your items.
