League PowerPoint Template and Theme

Download our LWV and VOTE411-branded PowerPoint template and theme for your League presentations.

Templates are available in LWV and VOTE411 brand colors and available as .ppt (for PowerPoint 97-2003 users) and .pptx files.

Leagues are welcome to use the new template on its own, or may download and install the theme into PowerPoint.

To install the theme file, please use the following guidance:

WINDOWS:

1. Download the .pptx file
2. Move to the C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Templates\ folder on your computer.
3. In the PowerPoint application, go to File > Options > Save and paste C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Templates\ in the Default Personal Templates Location box and click Save.

The theme will be available under the “Personal” themes section of PowerPoint.

MAC:

1. Download the .pptx file
2. Open up the Terminal app (the easiest way is via Spotlight search for Terminal)
3. Paste in the following line and hit return:
   open ~/Library/Application\ Support/Microsoft/Office/User\ Templates/My\ Templates/
4. This will open the PowerPoint theme folder (assuming you are using the latest PowerPoint version). Copy your .potx file there.

The theme will be available under “My Templates” in your themes section of PowerPoint for Mac.

GOOGLE

Our PowerPoint templates can also be used and shared via Google Slides. To use the template, go to your Google Drive and upload the template. Users will have access to create a slide deck and edit content in Google Slides.
